Hi, I’m Michelle, a bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist dedicated to helping individuals grow communication skills, confidence, and meaningful connection.

I’m passionate about creating opportunities for teens and young adults with communication challenges to continue growing socially and independently beyond the classroom through meaningful therapy and community experiences.

With experience across schools, clinics, teletherapy, and specialized programs, I provide compassionate and personalized support designed around each client’s goals and strengths.

Our Mission

Speech Pathologist, Michelle Nitti, connecting with a young adult client outdoors in Hoboken, NJ.

Inspired by her cousin, Michelle created this practice with a special passion for supporting teens and young adults with intellectual and developmental differences. We understand after high school and outside of the traditional classroom setting, many individuals and families are left with fewer resources and opportunities.

Our goal is to provide an inclusive environment that encourages confidence, communication, independence, and real world connection.

Through individual therapy, group sessions and community based experiences, clients have opportunities to build communication skills in meaningful everyday settings, from conversations with peers to practicing independence in places like local coffee shops, restaurants, and other social environments.
